Service & Warranty Policy
- Service Level Agreement: We offer a 4 Hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) to address issues that customers may be having. We do have options for faster SLA times!
- Response Times: Normal response times are within an hour though that can vary but will always be within the 4 Hour SLA agreement.
- Payment Structure: We accept payment via Debit/Credit Card, ACH/Direct Deposit or Check. If your business is subscribing to one of our managed network services plans you must have your credit/debit card saved on file for monthly automatic payments.
- Late Payment/Non-Payment: Late payments for contracted services will be assessed a $49.00 late fee charge after 3 days. Non-Payment after 7 days will be in violation of contract and subject to contract termination with full contract amount due immediately. Service plan subscribers that credit/debit cards reject automatic payment for insufficient funds multiple times will be subject to contract termination and full contract amount due immediately. Checks that are returned from your bank for insufficient funds for network equipment, computer or laptop purchases will be assessed a $49.00 return check fee plus will need to pay full amount due within 3 days or we will assess a 35% fee to the invoice amount due and submit to collections to get reimbursed. We also reserve the right to reposes any equipment that was sold and installed due to insufficient funds after 30 days.
- User Access: No one has access to your network equipment, computers or software outside of our certified network engineers & computer techs.
- Compliance: We follow all Federal & State compliance laws/rules and are HIPPA Compliant.
- Risk Management: We help you minimize risk by keeping your network, computers, software and other connected devices secure. We also offer ongoing training, send out email pamphlets so that your employees have current information on scams, know how to use email properly within a corporate environment and know the what not to do's in the business!
- Termination: We offer contracts starting at 12 Months going up to 48 Months. If you want to terminate the contract we would ask that the whole contract is paid upfront. We are flexible and can negotiate a payoff settlement for customers that are in financial trouble.
- Your Information: We Do Not Sale, Share or Expose our customers information under any circumstances! We believe privacy is key to a successful business partnership!
- Warranty Policy: At Iowa Managed Network Solutions we pride ourselves on selling quality network equipment, computers, laptops and computer parts. We warranty all new network equipment with a 5-year limited fix or replace warranty! We warranty all new computers & laptops with a 3-year limited fix or replace warranty. We also warranty used or refurbished computers, laptops and parts with a 90-day limited fix or replace warranty unless specified different during sale. We do not cover accidental damage, water damage, intentional damage, power surges, natural disasters or user error. End User opening up and "working/tampering" on/with any sold network equipment, computers, laptops or computer parts, etc will void any warranty! Failure to present valid proof of purchase/receipt will void warranty.
- Sales: All sales are final! We will fix or replace any sold network equipment, computers, laptops or parts that is under warranty! Please see our warranty policy above.
